For me Splash Panel is neater , (joins are hidden better (apart from edges or corners)).
Wet Wall panel does look good but the joins are visible ,as every join has a (chrome or equivalent chrome) joining strip.On the plus side in my mind this does seem to be a more water proof joint finish.
Im sure there are other products on the market , but I haven't used these.
